About Us The farm is located in Gibsonburg, Ohio and has a 4/5's mile oval training track, 6 turnout pastures and a nice farm pond.
We grew up with standardbred harness horses. Dad trained and raced most of his life and we were all at the barn cleaning stalls and jogging the horses at a very young age.
Ty began training and driving with Dad when he was 12 and was on his own with some horses while still in high school, and even had a small stable of horses with him at Huntington College. He got his first MFT in 2005. She died as a yearling, probably from an aneurysm. Ty was so impressed with the breed that he decided to pursue them. He came in contact with Judella Burton in Bowling Green Kentucky and acquired Barney, a two year old gelding. He soon had plans with Judella to take Jurne and a couple of her mares, Annie and Pledge and help continue with Judella's breeding program. Travis came back into the horses later in life in 2002 and began helping Ty with the race horses on weekends and during summer vacation ( the one perk of being a teacher). He was soon immersed back into the horse world, and hooked. He got his first MFT, Executive's White Knight, (Apache), in Feb. 2007 and in July 2007 got into a partnership with Beverly Bradstreet in Michigan to take care of Kentucky's Ramblin' Reflection B, (Rambo).
